I warmly welcome you to the official website of University of Bogura (UB). This website is intended to serve as an authentic source of information regarding the vision, planning, academic preparedness, and administrative activities of the university. 

It is a great honor and responsibility for me to serve as the Vice-Chancellor of  University of Bogura. As a newly established public university, UB is currently in the formative stage of developing its academic, administrative, and institutional framework. We are working with careful planning and strong commitment to build a modern, quality driven institution of higher learning.

In today’s globalized and knowledge based society, higher education plays a vital role in national development. Keeping this in view, University of Bogura has set its goal to emerge as a science and technology oriented, research focused university. In the near future, through the recruitment of qualified faculty members, establishment of a conducive academic environment, and development of modern research facilities, the University aims to produce competent and responsible human resources.

We are embarking on this journey at a critical moment in the nation’s history. The July 2024 movement has created new opportunities to advance the values of democracy, justice, and good governance. University of Bogura aspires to uphold this spirit by nurturing future students with a strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and social awareness through quality academic and co-curricular engagement.
